39pkr Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Obligations, and the Rules That Govern This Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "39pkr," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the platform accessible at 39pkr.net and all associated services.
• "Platform" refers to the 39pkr website, mobile web application, and all gaming, betting, and account management services offered thereon.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is attempting to register an account on the 39pkr Platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration and verification on the 39pkr Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held within a Player's 39pkr Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 39pkr subject to applicable wagering requirements and conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required by 39pkr before processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions from which 39pkr does not accept registrations, as specified in Section 3.

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration on 39pkr is open exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is strictly enforced and will be verified through the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 shall be immediately and permanently suspended, all deposits refunded where traceable, and all winnings forfeited without exception.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual — identified by their name, CNIC number, postal address, email address, device, and payment method — is permitted to maintain only one (1) active 39pkr account at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether for the purpose of obtaining multiple welcome bonuses or for any other reason, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 39pkr reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, suspend the original account, and confiscate any balances or winnings associated with multiple accounts.

3.3 Accurate Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, current address, and contact details — is true, accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to promptly update your account information if any detail changes. 39pkr reserves the right to suspend accounts where registration information is found to be false or materially misleading.

3.4 Eligible Players

The 39pkr Platform is intended for players accessing from jurisdictions where participation in online gaming is permitted under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering on 39pkr. 39pkr does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal in your specific location.

39pkr operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its regulatory obligations and internal anti-money laundering (AML) policies. The following conditions apply:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be held pending completion of verification.
• Standard KYC documentation required includes: a clear photograph of both sides of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC), and evidence of your registered payment method (e.g., screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number).
• 39pkr reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or enhanced due diligence documentation, particularly for accounts with high transaction volumes.
• KYC reviews are generally completed within 30 minutes during standard operational hours. Complex cases may take up to 72 hours.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading KYC documentation is a criminal act and will result in immediate account termination, withholding of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

5.1 Accepted Methods

39pkr currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and other Pakistani banking methods as updated on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash and EasyPaisa) and Rs 500 for bank transfer methods. No maximum deposit limit applies at the account level, though individual transaction limits may be imposed by your payment provider.

5.3 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 39pkr Account balance typically within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–4 hours on business days, subject to the sending bank's processing times. 39pkr does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own standard transaction charges.

5.4 Fund Ownership

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose KYC verification is fully complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment method constraints.

6.2 Processing Times

JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume, national public holidays, or where additional security reviews are required.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Any active bonus funds in your balance that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable and will not be included in withdrawal calculations.
• 39pkr reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request prior to approval. This may require additional documentation or a brief processing delay.
• Withdrawal requests above certain threshold amounts may trigger enhanced AML review, which can extend processing to up to 5 business days.
• 39pkr does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any charges incurred on the recipient payment method side are the responsibility of the Player.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus available to new 39pkr players applies to the first qualifying deposit only. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus on multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and account suspension.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must meet the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

39pkr employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities constituting abuse include but are not limited to: low-risk hedged betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, coordinated bonus claiming with other accounts, and creation of multiple accounts for bonus purposes. Detection of bonus abuse results in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent account suspension.

All games available on the 39pkr Platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are determined by mathematically random processes that 39pkr cannot alter or manipulate in real time. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions.

8.1 System Errors

In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or technical fault during gameplay, the affected game round(s) shall be deemed void, and any stakes placed shall be returned to the Player's Account balance. 39pkr is not obligated to honour winnings arising from demonstrably erroneous game outcomes, including but not limited to: obvious display errors, jackpot amounts clearly inconsistent with published game parameters, and outcomes arising during demonstrable system failures.

8.2 Disconnection

If your connection to the 39pkr Platform is interrupted during an active game session, the game outcome will be determined by the server-side game state at the point of disconnection. 39pkr is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnections caused by your internet service provider, mobile network, or device. Disconnection protection policies, where applicable to specific games, are published in those games' individual rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 39pkr Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registration by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age
• Creation of more than one account per individual identity
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any gaming or betting capacity
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes
• Match-fixing or corruption in relation to any sports betting markets offered on the Platform
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, or money laundering
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to misrepresent your geographic location
• Providing false, forged, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account operation
• Any form of harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at 39pkr staff, live dealers, or other players

39pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false registration or KYC information
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority
• Player self-exclusion request submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's balance will be held and released (less any amounts forfeited pursuant to these Terms) upon conclusion of the investigation, provided no breach is established. Where a breach is established resulting in forfeiture, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the verified payment method on record at the time of closure.

39pkr provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible directly from Account Settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss you can incur within a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications at set intervals reminding you of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During this period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from the 39pkr Platform. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected. During self-exclusion, 39pkr will make all reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from reaching you.

Players exercising self-exclusion are entitled to withdrawal of their remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC verification). 39pkr will not accept re-registration attempts from self-excluded players during the exclusion period. Any such account created in breach of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and the balance confiscated.

All content on the 39pkr Platform — including but not limited to the 39pkr brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and all other proprietary elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 39pkr or its duly licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, licence, or interest in any such intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any 39pkr Platform content without prior written authorisation from 39pkr. Unauthorised use of 39pkr intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be pursued through legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 39pkr shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to disconnection events outside 39pkr's direct control, or service interruptions.

39pkr's aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

39pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notification upon next login at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 39pkr Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining balance before the revised terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the 39pkr Platform are governed by the laws applicable under 39pkr's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising between you and 39pkr that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
